Licence and eligibility

Plastik is offered to individuals aged 16 or older. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app in line with these terms.

Local-only experience

• Plastik runs locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts or cloud storage.
• Your session data stays on your device; removal is managed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

Acceptable use

• Do not decompile, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the app.
• Do not use Plastik for unlawful activities.
• Respect the intellectual property of Tagora and our collaborators.

User input

You are responsible for any information you type or record in the app. Do not add unlawful or offensive content.

Availability and changes

Plastik may be updated, suspended, or modified. We will notify you of material changes when appropriate.

Health notice

Plastik is not medical or psychological advice. Use it at your discretion and consult a professional if needed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tagora is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless the mandatory law of your country requires a different jurisdiction.
